Title Bout II for Windows
THE FLYWEIGHT DIVISION
This set wraps up the eight original divisions. Although some of the names may not be well-known to the casual boxing fan, the fighters represented in this group are some of the finest ever to enter a ring: Jimmy Wilde, according to some, the hardest puncher ever in any division: Miguel Canto, El Maestro, successfully defended his Flyweight Crown 14 times. Thirteen of those were 15-round bouts! Mark "Too Sharp" Johnson, one of the few recent Americans who successfully campaigned at this weight class. Not a slugger like Wilde or a defensive qenius like Canto, Johnson could box or slug and do both expertly. Along with these three are flyweight legends like Pone Kingpetch, Fidel LaBarba, Pascual Perez, and a host of Asian greats: Shoji Oguma, Masao Ohba, Pancho Villa (yes, amazingly this all-time great is Asian), Chartchai Chionoi, etc.
